Marketing Lead

Atom Accelerator DAO (AADAO) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing strategies and elevate our brand. As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of marketing activities including branding, community engagement, digital presence, content creation, and event management. Your strategic vision and execution will play a pivotal role in enhancing AADAO's visibility and impact in the Cosmos and broader crypto-web3 industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand and Digital Presence Management:

• Lead brand management initiatives, including redesign and consistent application across various platforms.

• Oversee the AADAO website, ensuring engaging content, updated grantee information, flawless user experience and SEO optimization.

• Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy across platforms, especially focusing on Twitter and potential YouTube channel development.

• Help formulate & create written, video, visual & audio content as needed.

Community Engagement and Communication:

• Manage public relations and foster active participation within the Cosmos Hub forum, Twitter and Discord channels.

• Refine and standardize communication touch points with AADAO grantees.

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to community feedback and social media metrics.

Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:

• Plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including both organic and paid initiatives, to enhance AADAO's visibility and community engagement.

• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights and community feedback.

Event Planning and Industry Representation:

• Organize and manage AADAO's participation in up to three industry events per year, overseeing logistics and marketing efforts.

• Act as a brand ambassador at events, establishing connections and promoting AADAO’s mission and achievements.

Reviewer on the Grant Committee:

• Serve as a reviewer for marketing-related applications and projects, providing expert insight and direction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the technology, startup, or blockchain sectors.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

• Strong understanding of branding, community engagement, social media, SEO, and content marketing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and community members.

• Experience in event planning and management.

• Ability to work independently and navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Passion for blockchain technology. Strong plus if you are an active member of the Cosmos community.
