We are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior-level Product Lead to spearhead product direction for the team. If you have deep roots and proven success in Web2 product development and deep knowledge of the Web3 landscape, you may be just the candidate we are looking for. The role of a Product Lead at Flare differs significantly from that of a project manager. Where the latter focuses on resource allocation and timelines, our Product Lead is responsible for immersing themselves in market nuances and user behaviour. Our product lead actively interfaces with end users, engineers, UX designers and more to ensure our products are built with the features that the market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Insight: Engage in comprehensive market research to identify user behaviours, preferences, and market trends.
• Product Strategy: Craft and adapt product strategies based on market insights, ensuring alignment with user needs and company objectives.
• Team Collaboration: engage with cross-functional teams like engineering, UX designers, and others to ensure all Flare products are developed in line with market demand.
• Feature Development: Identify, prioritise, and advocate for product features that resonate with our target market's preferences and pain points.
• Continuous Feedback: Establish and maintain robust feedback systems, promoting product evolution based on user feedback and market shifts.
• Competitive Analysis: A deep understanding of competitor offerings to ensure our product remains the leader in user value and experience.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Web2 product development, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
• Essential knowledge of Web3, appreciating its nuances and direct market impact.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with an uncompromising user-focused approach.
• Stellar communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
